Last night we began our Bible Study "Lies Women Believe" by Nancy Leigh DeMoss. We had a great time just kind of introducing the study to ourselves. One of the scriptures we looked at briefly was Galatians 5:1.
"For freedom Christ has set us free, stand firm therefore and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery."
Had to read the whole chapter this a.m. Interesting to look at the entire chapter and think about the 'freedom' we have in Christ. Freedom to SERVE.
"For you were called to freedom, brothers (and I am sure us sisters, too) Only do not use your freedom as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another." Galatians 4:13
FREE to SERVE and FREE to LOVE. Hmmmmmm..... need to ACT on my FREEDOM!
