BECAUSE

There is an old gospel song:  Because He LiVes,  It goes something like this:  Because He liVes, I can face tomorrow, because He liVes, all fear is gone. . .


This old song came to my mind this a.m. and I went straight to I Cor. 15: THE Ressurection Chapter.  Paul sets out to explain about what would be if HE DID NOT LIVE!  Like:


" If Christ is not risen, then is our preaching empty, and your faith empty. . .And if Christ is not raised your faith is empty and you are yet in your sins. . .If in this life only we haVe hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable." I Cor. 15:14,17,19


BUT BECAUSE HE LIVES:


"BUT NOW IS CHRIST RISEN FROM THE DEAD . . .IN ADAM ALL DIE, EVEN SO IN CHRIST SHALL ALL BE MADE ALIVE. . THE FIRST MAN WAS MADE A LIVING SOUL, THE LAST ADAM WAS A LIFE GIVING SPIRIT. . . O DEATH WHERE IS YOUR STING, GRAVE WHERE YOUR VICTORY? . . THANKS BE TO GOD WHO  GIVES VICTORY THROUGH OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST.  THEREFORE, BE STEDFAST, UNMOVEABLE, ALWAYS ABOUNDING IN THE WORK OF THE LORD. . .  I COR. 15:20,22,45,55,56,57,58


Guess I will be humming this tune all day . . .just BECAUSE!
