Sleepless in Richmond

Ever been so, so sleepy but unable to sleep?  I tried praying . . . even counting sheep!  Finally got up at 3 and called Nate (my son in China!).  Sure I am going to fall asleep REALLY early tonight . . .   Starting thinking about rest and here's the scripture that came to mind:

"Rest in the Lord and wait patiently for Him."   Psalm 37:7
